How does VIP registration work?
Submit the form on any project page. Daniel Terán or a builder representative contacts you within 15 minutes with current pricing, available units, and incentives.
What does pre-construction mean?
Pre-construction means the project is approved and selling, but not yet built. You lock in today's pricing, choose your floor plan, and access builder incentives before public launch.
Do I need a realtor for new construction?
Yes, builder sales offices represent the builder, not you. Daniel Terán negotiates on your behalf for upgrades, incentives, and contract terms at no cost to you (the builder pays the commission).
Can I invest if I don't live in Florida?
Yes. Florida has no restrictions on out-of-state or international buyers. Many Orlando new construction projects target investors with rental management programs.
